About My Clients

My clients are often the ones others depend on—veterans, first responders, caregivers, and those who’ve held it together for too long. They may not call it trauma, but they feel the weight of old wounds, burnout, and emotional disconnection. I work with people who are tired of surviving and ready to feel whole again, even if they’re not sure what that looks like yet. You don’t have to carry it alone.

My Background and Approach

I’m a trauma-informed therapist with a background in military service, spiritual care, and integrative healing. My approach is human-centered, culturally aware, and rooted in both clinical training and lived experience. I specialize in working with people who carry invisible burdens—veterans, first responders, caregivers, and those navigating life transitions, emotional disconnection, or grief. I incorporate Brainspotting, mindfulness, talk therapy, and somatic practices to support deep, body-based healing. For clients who are open to it, I also welcome spiritual and metaphysical exploration as part of the process. Whether you’re burned out, overwhelmed, or just know something’s off, this is a space to slow down and reconnect—with yourself, your story, and your strength. Healing doesn’t have to be rushed. We move at your pace.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe healing is not about fixing what's broken—it's about remembering what’s still whole. We all carry stories, some passed down, some born in silence, and some shaped by survival. I believe trauma lives in the body, and healing begins when we feel safe enough to stop performing strength. Therapy, for me, is sacred work. It’s a space to breathe, to tell the truth, and to let your nervous system finally rest. I believe in creating a space where your story is honored, your identity is respected, and your spirit is never pathologized. Whether you speak in logic, emotion, metaphor, or stillness, you're welcome here. Healing moves from the inside out—and it starts when we stop carrying it alone.
