I specialize in dealing with young adults, teens, professionals and individuals who present a range of issues stemming from childhood & cumulative traumatic events such as: dating/relationships, codependency, self-esteem, boundaries, people-pleasing, life transitions, identity work, gender and sexuality, women's & men's issues, along with anxiety and depression.
My Background and Approach
I have completed my master's in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling and I am now in pending status for licensure in the State of Texas. Since starting my clinical practice, I only use evidence-based modalities and approaches in my treatment plans for clients. and although I am an eclectic-approach therapist (deriving treatment from a broad range of modalities to meet my client's unique presenting problem), I have seen the most positive results with the following therapeutic modalities: - Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) - Mindfulness-Based (MBCT) - Person-Centered - Holistic Approach

It is essential that you as the client feel guarded and at ease throughout the counseling process and I take honor in offering a setting that encourages growth and safety. I think the therapeutic process is a journey, and I'm willing to go on this journey of healing with you. I am here to help you reach goals and develop into a better version of yourself progressively. My therapy approach is tailored to meet the needs of each client based on the singular case. Although the therapeutic process is unique per the client, my role as your guide & advocate remains constant. I look forward to hearing from you, even if you are unsure of therapy
