About My Clients

What situation qualifies for counseling? My answer to that is being human. You do not have to be on the high end of the stress spectrum to seek professional support. Life can be hard. Counseling provides a supportive and nonjudgmental space to process all circumstances. I have extensive knowledge on how trauma impacts individuals, holistically, and how to use evidenced-based practices to improve engagement to increase executive functioning and improve overall, life satisfaction.

My Background and Approach

I’m licensed in the state of Michigan as a Limited License Professional Counselor (LLPC). I obtained a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the Grand Rapids Theological Seminary in August 2021. I have extensive knowledge on how trauma impacts individuals, holistically, and how to use evidenced-based practices to improve engagement to increase executive functioning and improve overall, life satisfaction. I take a humanistic approach to therapy. I work with individuals of most ages, including children and adolescents by providing compassionate and caring support.
