About My Clients
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in your thoughts, or disconnected from yourself, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it out on your own. I work with adults who struggle with anxiety, overthinking, stress, emotional numbness, and substance use. Many of my clients are high-functioning on the outside but feel internally exhausted, uncertain, or out of balance. You might find yourself constantly analyzing situations, feeling on edge, or wondering why it’s so hard to just feel “okay.”
My Background and Approach
My approach is straightforward, supportive, and practical. I focus on helping you better understand what’s going on beneath the surface while also giving you tools you can actually use in your daily life. Whether we’re working through anxiety patterns, building emotional awareness, or addressing unhealthy coping habits, the goal is to help you feel more grounded, clear, and in control.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should feel like a genuine human connection—not clinical, not judgmental, and not like you have to perform or say the “right” things. Real change happens when people feel safe enough to be honest, even about the parts of themselves they don’t fully understand. I believe that many of the struggles people face—like anxiety, overthinking, emotional numbness, or substance use—are not signs of weakness, but patterns that developed for a reason. At some point, those patterns likely served a purpose. Therapy is about understanding those patterns, not criticizing them, and then gradually building more effective ways of coping and living. I also believe in balancing insight with action. Gaining awareness is important, but insight alone doesn’t always create change. I work with clients to not only understand themselves better, but to develop practical tools they can use in everyday life—especially in the moments that matter most.
