About My Clients
My clients generally have been using what they know best to respond to stress, emotions, and interpersonal situations but those ways are no longer working. They either cause more stress, lead to them feeling more alone, or even more pain.
My Background and Approach
I work from a cognitive behavioral framework, incorporating CBT. I may give you homework- if you want. Not required !! I offer either ongoing psychotherapy or condensed, time limited 10 week intensives to target specific issues such as anger and anxiety.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I provide telehealth services in the states of Texas, North Carolina, and Massachusetts. I am licensed in all three states and have the flexibility to provide sessions as long as clients are physically located in one of those states.
