About My Clients
I work with teens, adults, couples, and families navigating challenges like anxiety, depression, anger, trauma, and relationship issues. My clients often feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from others. Whether you’re a parent seeking support for your teen, a couple struggling to communicate, or someone working through past pain, I strive to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to grow.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I know how scary taking the first step towards healing can be. It’s not easy to admit that you need support or that you aren’t feeling like yourself. I can guide you through this process and help you understand that there is strength in prioritizing your mental health. My goal is to help you cultivate solutions that drive your personal growth forward. I hope to walk alongside you as you make the necessary changes to take back control of your life. Self-improvement is a challenging process, but we’ll collaborate to get you on the right path to overcoming the anxiety, depression, anger, and trauma that have been preventing you from being the truest version of yourself.
