About My Clients
My clients are often thoughtful, self-aware people who feel stuck—whether in anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or major life transitions. Many are used to “holding it together” but feel overwhelmed internally. I work especially well with men, professionals, and individuals seeking more than quick fixes—people who want to understand themselves more deeply while making meaningful, lasting changes.
My Background and Approach
I’m a clinical psychologist (PsyD) with training in both evidence-based approaches and depth-oriented therapy. My work integrates practical strategies (like CBT and skills-based coping) with deeper exploration drawn from psychodynamic and Jungian perspectives. In our work, we’ll not only focus on reducing symptoms like anxiety or depression, but also on understanding patterns—how your past, relationships, and internal world shape your current experience. This allows for change that isn’t just temporary, but lasting. My style is calm, engaged, and collaborative. I aim to create a space where you feel understood, while also being gently challenged to grow. Therapy with me is both supportive and active—you’ll leave sessions with insight, direction, and tools you can actually use in daily life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy works best when it balances insight with action. Understanding yourself is powerful—but real change also comes from trying new ways of thinking, feeling, and behaving in everyday life. I also believe people are more resilient than they realize. Many of the struggles we face—anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties—make sense when we understand the deeper context behind them. Therapy is a place to make sense of those patterns, develop new ones, and move toward a more grounded, authentic version of yourself.
