About My Clients
You may be successful on the outside while feeling stuck, disconnected, overwhelmed, or uncertain on the inside. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, I help clients explore the deeper patterns, experiences, and relationships that shape how they see themselves and interact with the world. Through this process, greater self-understanding, stronger relationships, and lasting change can become possible.
My Background and Approach
People come to therapy because they feel stuck. Individuals may be repeating the same relationship patterns, struggling with anxiety or depression, feeling disconnected from themselves, or wondering why certain challenges continue to show up in life. My approach focuses on helping people understand not only what is happening, but also the deeper experiences, emotions, and patterns that may be contributing to their struggles. I believe that meaningful change comes through self-understanding. My work is informed by depth-oriented therapy, attachment theory, and EMDR-informed approaches. I work with men, young adults, couples, and individuals navigating concerns related to anxiety, depression, trauma, identity, relationships, self-esteem, and life transitions.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that every person has a unique story worth understanding. I view therapy as an opportunity to become more curious about yourself rather than more critical of yourself. As a Black male therapist, I understand the value of having spaces where people feel seen, heard, and understood. I am especially passionate about supporting young adults, men and Black men in exploring emotional well-being, relationships, identity, and personal growth.
