My Background and Approach

In 2012, I completed my Master of Addiction Counseling (NAADAC) following years of verified practice experience and examination processes. I have held the highest level of licensing in clinical social work since 2011 and the highest level of licensing in substance use disorders since 2015. I have 10 years of experience working as a clinician in the Department of the Army and the Department of Veterans Affairs. I was a clinical team lead at the VA Loma Linda Mental Health Access Clinic for approximately three years. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Why chose a clinical social worker as your therapist? As clinical social workers we are steeped in an understanding of the diversities of peoples, recognize that in this diversity comes strengths and understand that a human being can only be understood in the ways in which they interact with the cultural environment around them. I treat all my patients with the respect and love that I feel my own family members would deserve. This is my commitment to you.
