About My Clients
I work with individuals who may be struggling with anxiety, past or present experiences of abuse, or challenges related to adoption and identity. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed, on edge, or stuck in patterns that are difficult to break, often shaped by earlier life experiences.
My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy is client-centered, trauma-informed, and collaborative. I believe that each individual’s story is unique, and I tailor my work to meet the specific needs, goals, and comfort level of each client. I integrate evidence-based techniques to help clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, while also developing practical tools for managing anxiety and emotional distress. When working with trauma and abuse, I prioritize safety, pacing, and building trust, ensuring that clients feel in control of their healing process. In sessions, I aim to balance insight with action—helping clients process their experiences while also equipping them with skills they can use in everyday life. My goal is to support clients in building resilience, strengthening their sense of self, and creating meaningful, lasting change.
