I provide counseling to people of all ages. I specialize in individual and family counseling. I like to work as a team to achieve goals that help you improve you or your child's life. With over 19 years of experience I am qualified to work with people of all ages. I especially enjoy helping others learn to positively express their feelings. I have worked with people of all ages on problems including: Autism, ADHD/Behavioral, Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, Sexual Orientation, and many others.
My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and client-centered. I draw from evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Music Therapy, tailoring each session to fit the individual needs and goals of my clients. I believe in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts and emotions. Together, we work to build resilience, foster personal growth, and develop practical strategies for coping with life’s challenges.

I believe in providing a non-judgmental environment where you can feel safe to talk no matter age, beliefs, lifestyle, sexual orientation, or life circumstances. I have had a great deal of experience working with adults are various problems including: Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Couples/Marriage, Career, LGBTQ, and many others.
