My Background and Approach
Our therapists have a broad range of experiences. We have therapists who are fluent in Spanish and Mandarin Chinese. Two of our therapists are Reiki masters, three have extensive yoga training, and two are EMDR certified for a more trauma-informed approach. We pride ourselves on being inclusive and welcoming to all lifestyles and backgrounds. We are open to all spiritual beliefs and even offer healings and readings with a Reiki master and intuitive healer once a month. Ask about our yoga - themed groups and individual yoga sessions tailored to your healing. We accept major insurances including Cigna, Blue Cross, Neighborhood, and United for counseling services.
