About My Clients
You’re moving through life’s in-between spaces, seeking a grounded, spacious life where your needs are seen and your boundaries respected. You may be carrying more in your body than words can hold, longing to play, create, and reclaim ease. Perhaps you’re ready to move from over-functioning to purposeful action, find your voice in relationships, repair connections, or build communities that truly fit.
My Background and Approach
My work blends depth and practicality: we explore patterns, attachment, grief, and the meaning behind your experiences, while also strengthening your ability to notice what’s happening in your body in real time. I draw from somatic and relational frameworks to support integration rather than just insight — because insight without embodiment rarely creates lasting change. The result isn’t becoming a different person; it’s becoming more regulated, more discerning, and more fully yourself.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe everyone can reconnect with their body, intuition, and inner wisdom. Patterns don’t define you—they can be felt, held, and changed. Therapy works best when you feel safe to express what words alone can’t carry. Slowing down to notice all the little sensations in your body can create space to feel more of life—its heaviness, its beauty, its surprises. I’ve always been a deep feeler. Therapy gave me a place to meet panic with presence and glimpse a future I couldn’t yet see. Now, my work centers on presence, intuition, and spaciousness. I help you hold the full complexity of who you are so you can feel seen, heard, and fully alive—even the parts you’ve carried in silence.
