About My Clients
Since my background is in trauma treatment, I pride myself on being able to assist those suffering from traumatic backgrounds in overcoming their pasts. However, I do treat an array of issues to include depression, anxiety, life transitions, etc. All of the services I provide are via telehealth and at the convenience of those I serve. I look forward to having the opportunity to work with you to accomplish your best quality of life possible.
My Background and Approach
My goal is to provide you with the tools needed to accomplish the best quality of life possible for yourself. Treating trauma in our past can lead to a newfound freedom in our present. I hope to work with you in learning new tools to cope with daily stressors, anxieties, and anything else that may be holding you back from being your authentic self. I work with my clients in a person-centered approach to assure the journey is a joint venture, with care and determination.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
It is my belief that most individuals can benefit from some form of therapy when attempting to create a more positive outlook on life. Just because we learned faulty behaviors as we we grow, doesn't mean those have to hold us back. Learning new ways to deal with day-to-day life can lead to optimal functioning.
