My Background and Approach
As a proponent of cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and positive psychology, I will work with you to develop the goals, strategies and skills for the changes you seek. I enjoy working with individuals and families experiencing adjustment and life change issues, anxiety, depression, stress management, ADHD, spirituality, personal growth and self-esteem. I am sensitive to the impact of cultural climate issues and the ways marginalization, discrimination and oppression impact individuals and systems.
