Are you anxious and worried all of the time? Or are you sad often? I’m experienced in working with clients who suffer from anxiety and depressive symptoms. Whether it’s situations, relationships, or our feelings about them, sometimes we need help navigating through them to help us live a happier, healthier life. I will help you in a warm, welcoming, non-judgemental atmosphere to be able to explore these issues and feelings to come up with ways to help you change or manage them better.
My Background and Approach
With over 15 years of experience, the approach I use is highly collaborative and will be tailored to suit your needs. I often use cognitive behavioral, solution-focused, and client centered therapy to help my clients deal with their issues. My goal is to help individuals in a warm, friendly way to find solutions to these issues.
