About My Clients
Do you wonder what your feelings are telling you? Do you experience heightened states of awareness or have concerns about how you are being perceived? Do you want to make sure you are expressing your most authentic self? When we don't know what our feeling states are trying to communicate we may start to get nervous and confused. We can also find ourselves feeling alone. Together we practice to listen and respond to ourself as a priority.
My Background and Approach
I use a range of modalities that compliment a holistic approach (mind/body/spirit). I am a certified in EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) and have training in NLP (neuro-linguistic programming). I integrate the hemispheres of the brain to balance language with emotions. As a relational psychotherapist I value the relationship with our whole selves and how we express ourselves to others and our world.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that support is essential in order to bridge where we are at now to where we want to be. Being able to see your own potential and believe in it is your right. Our bodies and minds are letting us know what to pay attention to so that we get to be the truest version of ourselves. Together we extract patterns that work or don't and stay on track for obtaining your goals. We experience freedom and the feeling of limitedness within safe boundaries and realistic barriers.
