I love working with individuals & couples in treating anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and self-esteem concerns. Sometimes it's hard to cope when things don’t go our way, but my goal with clients is to help them develop the tools they need in order to dance in the rain. Joy helps us endure the hard times while still having meaning and purpose in life. I am here to help you find your own path to serenity, to regain the joy of life that you may be missing.
