Hi, I’m Theresa, a licensed therapist with experience helping people just like you—adults navigating life’s changes, managing depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and stress. Imagine calming your nervous system, feeling more relaxed, and confident in handling daily stress or ADHD symptoms. It is possible, and you’ve already taken the first step by considering counseling. I'm here to support you and help you feel more empowered to cope with life.
