About My Clients

I am here to help you in a safe judgement free space.
My Background and Approach
I have extensive training in trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief, addictions, stress management, identity discussions, coping and mindfulness techniques for both adults and teens. I am an LCSW-R, CASAC II, and a licensed school social worker. I am licensed to practice in NYS and Florida. I am caring, thoughtful, knowledgeable and understand that it’s not easy to make the decision to reach out. I have helped hundreds of clients to learn techniques to them manage their challenging situations. I have learned in my years of practice, that even though your concerns may be similar to someone else's, your path is unique. Therefore, I have an eclectic approach to make sure that I can provide you with a personalize plan that best addresses your concerns.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone has great potential to make the changes that they need to reach their goals. My practice is culturally aware and non-judgmental. I believe that having an open mind is an important part of the process.
