My Background and Approach
We have a number of specialty areas which include: mood disorders, substance abuse, adolescents, offenders, self-esteem, anxiety and depression. We specialize in Cognitive Behavior Intervention and Solution Focused Therapy, which encourages one to challenge distorted cognitions and attitudes in order to life a more fulfilling life. Our passion to help those in need is the driving force behind our motivation. Here there is no judgment; only a listening ear with positive regard and empathy.
