About My Clients
We serve folx who may otherwise be shut out of the traditional mental health system because of cost, systemic inequities, or limited access. Many of our clients are navigating transitional life phases, intergenerational wounds, perinatal and parenting challenges, or the compounded stress of systemic barriers. We stand alongside BIPOC, LGBTQ+, immigrant, &marginalized communities, affirming that their stories and struggles deserve care that is both affordable & attuned.
My Background and Approach
At the Process Wellness Foundation, our therapeutic approach is grounded in evidence-based and trauma-informed care. Our clinicians draw from modalities such as Narrative, Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and other trauma-informed, client centered, attachment-based, and mindfulness practices. We believe in meeting clients where they are, integrating approaches that honor both the science of healing and the uniqueness of each person’s story. By supporting clinicians trained in these modalities, we ensure our clients receive care that is not only affordable, but also clinically effective, culturally responsive, and deeply attuned to the complexities of trauma and resilience.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
We believe therapy is more than treatment — it is liberation work. Healing happens at the intersection of personal transformation and systemic change. We hold that accessible mental health care can disrupt cycles of trauma, restore relationships, and build stronger, more just communities. At our core, we believe no one should have to choose between financial stability and their mental health, and no therapist should have to choose between serving their community and sustaining their livelihood.
