We will provide you with the experience of being heard, walking through your story and finding peace.
My Background and Approach
Our practice will help you learn healthy coping skills for the here and now, while also taking a look back into your history to find what's getting in the way of happiness and healthy relationships. Together, we'll build your positive self-worth. We will teach you how to communicate better in your relationships and feel peace in who you are as a person. You deserve it!

Our practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming and welcome all backgrounds to join us at The Couch. Our practice doesn’t have a one size fits all approach for any life values. Our practice truly believes that being seen and heard by another human is one of the most healing experiences that we could ever have.
