About My Clients

We serve those navigating trauma, discrimination, and major life shifts like divorce or career changes. Our practice is a haven for BIPOC communities, first responders, students facing anxiety or concentration hurdles, parents, or anyone looking to improve themselves. Whether you’re struggling with depression, loneliness, or turbulent relationships, we help you find purpose and master communication.

My Background and Approach

Our approach is grounded in science and interpersonal neurobiology, ensuring you receive evidence-based care tailored to your individual needs. We specialize in trauma-informed, culturally responsive therapy for BIPOC communities, with a strong emphasis on Latino/Latinx/Hispanic cultural issues. By utilizing techniques like CBT, ACT, DBT, SFBT, Existential, Narrative, and Trauma Therapy, we provide a diverse toolkit to help you navigate depression, anxiety, ADHD, and grief, as well as attachment, family conflict, and relationship challenges. Our primary goal is your well-being and post-trauma growth. We bridge professional training with lived experience to help you master boundaries and communication, fostering a healthier connection with yourself and others. We are committed to inclusive, competent care that honors your unique background, equipping you with the practical tools and support you need to move from merely surviving to truly thriving.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

Our values are rooted in the conviction that mental health is inseparable from social justice. We believe in strengthening individuals and communities regardless of the systemic oppression or adversity they face. We don't just acknowledge these barriers; we work to dismantle them. In response to the impact of ICE and immigration policies, we have stood with the community by offering free, unlimited therapy to those affected, ensuring that financial or systemic hurdles never stand in the way of essential support. Beyond the therapy room, we believe in the power of collective healing. We actively sponsor community events and create opportunities for families to engage in social activities, fostering the connection and belonging necessary for long-term resilience. Whether you are navigating life's personal challenges or the weight of injustice, we are committed to being a steadfast ally in your journey toward growth and empowerment.
