My Background and Approach

These discreet, practical exercises can quickly bring relief, no matter the situation. My approach is direct, collaborative, and solution-focused. Together, we’ll address the specific symptoms that are affecting you right now, whether they’re related to anxiety, depression, or other co-occurring disorders. We’ll begin by developing strategies to regain control over your body and thoughts at the moment, focusing on immediate, actionable steps to bring calm and clarity. For over a decade, I’ve dedicated my practice to helping individuals manage anxiety and related mental health challenges, attending advanced training.
