About My Clients
Are you looking for a less rigid form of therapy? a place where you can show up as yourself and not feel judged or shamed? I believe that therapy is the place to process the different ins and outs of existing as a human and the conflicting emotions that may come from it. With all the rules and expectations that society may place for us, therapy is the one place to show up uninhibited.
My Background and Approach
In the therapy room, we'll talk about the things, people, situations, and/or experiences that have been weighing you down (or whatever you deem important to talk about). Life is hard, but you don't have to walk it alone. As a Certified Sex Therapist I also help you explore your sexual identity, address intimacy challenges, and enhance your sexual well-being, always with empathy and without shame. Whether you're dealing with specific sexual issues or seeking to improve intimate relationships, I am here to support you in this area.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that there are different parts of us that are wanting to be heard. I also believe that there is a connection between mental, emotional, and sexual health which is why we address all of them during therapy.
