About My Clients

You may feel overwhelmed by anxiety, weighed down by depression, stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, or exhausted from trying to hold everything together. Maybe you're healing from trauma, navigating ADHD or autism, facing a major life transition, or wondering why life feels harder than it seems for everyone else. I work with adults who want to better understand themselves, regulate their emotions and nervous system, and build a life that feels more grounded, meaningful, and authentic.

My Background and Approach

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with adults experiencing trauma and complex trauma (CPTSD), anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, life transitions, relationship challenges, and other concerns that impact daily well-being. I strive to create a warm, collaborative space where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered to make meaningful change. My approach is trauma-informed and tailored to each person's unique needs. I integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), person-centered therapy, mindfulness, IFS-informed parts work, and nervous system regulation strategies to help clients build practical coping skills while gaining a deeper understanding of themselves and their experiences. My goal is to help you strengthen emotional regulation, build self-compassion, develop resilience, and create lasting, meaningful change.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that healing begins with feeling safe, understood, and accepted. Many people come to therapy believing something is "wrong" with them, when often they're responding in understandable ways to difficult life experiences. My goal is to provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where we can explore those experiences together while building practical skills for lasting change. I value authenticity, collaboration, and meeting people where they are. I strive to provide neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed care that respects each person's unique experiences, strengths, and goals. I believe therapy should help you better understand yourself, develop self-compassion, and create a life that feels more connected, meaningful, and aligned with your values.
