I believe in the power of therapy to help you find clarity and meaning in your life. My goal is to provide a safe space for you to explore your past experiences, feel your feelings, and gain insight into your unique existence. I embrace a holistic understanding of individuals that goes beyond symptoms and diagnoses and includes the familial, cultural, societal, and structural systems that affect each of us. My approach to therapy is person-centered and psychodynamically oriented. Sessions are open, improvisational, and led by you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Together we can work to understand your personal story, how you relate to others, and how your past may influence your present. In addition to traditional talk therapy, creative arts can be used to facilitate these processes and assist in the identification and experiencing of emotions.
