About My Clients
You may be the responsible one: keeping the peace, caring for everyone else and pushing your own needs aside. Over time, that can become anxiety, burnout, perfectionism or relationships that leave you unseen. I work with adults navigating ADHD, grief, difficult family dynamics, faith or identity shifts and the weight of cultural or family expectations. We can understand the pattern without blaming you for how you learned to cope.
My Background and Approach
My style is warm, grounded and conversational. I will help you connect past experiences with what happens now, while keeping the work practical. I draw from ACT, attachment-based therapy, CBT, compassion-focused and parts-based approaches, DBT, mindfulness, narrative therapy, motivational interviewing and psychodynamic work. Sessions may include noticing a recurring relationship role, practicing a boundary, finding language for a difficult conversation or learning tools for anxiety and executive functioning. I validate what you have lived through and gently challenge what may be keeping you stuck.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe choosing yourself does not have to mean abandoning the people you love. Therapy can be a place to question inherited rules, make room for grief and anger, and decide what responsibility genuinely belongs to you. I value honesty, cultural humility and a pace that leaves room for both reflection and real-life change. You do not need a perfect explanation for why things feel hard; we can begin with the part that is asking for attention now. Please book your first session on my website.
