About My Clients
With a deep commitment to supporting both parents and children, I have built my practice with a focus on fostering healthy attachments and promoting emotional well-being in early childhood, both for children and their parents. I am a limited license social worker certified in the state of Michigan. I received my Masters in Social Work at Wayne State University with a focus on Infant Mental Health in 2023. I have 2 years of specialized experience in infant mental health home visiting.
My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy is grounded in motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques, which allow me to work collaboratively with clients to explore and overcome the challenges they face. With a focus on empathy, active listening, and goal-setting, I help clients tap into their intrinsic motivation and make meaningful, lasting changes in their lives. My work is rooted in the belief that emotional well-being begins with strong, supportive connections, and I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can express themselves freely and work toward healing and growth.
