About My Clients
Our ideal patient is usually an adult, anywhere from their early twenties to their sixties. They’ve tried various antidepressants and therapy sessions, but nothing has worked well enough. Because of this, they’re looking for new and effective treatments like Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS).
My Background and Approach
She is a mental health therapist with over 20 years of successful experience working with adults and seniors with depression and anxiety. She applies techniques to develop skills to learn how to manage negative thought processes and develop alternative thinking patterns. Terry's experience in hospitals and psychiatric hospitals provides a wealth of knowledge of treatment modalities as well as maneuvering through the maze of healthcare. Terry has been active member in the social work community and has in the past served in various leadership capacities. She has presented at various workshops on "Suicide Assessment Risks for the Older Adult" as well as topics on depression and anxiety. When she is not working, she enjoys the outdoors, especially the beach and being with her grandchildren.
