About My Clients
My ideal client is someone navigating life transitions, anxiety, grief, stress, or personal growth. They may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of their next steps while balancing work, school, relationships, family, or other responsibilities. I work best with clients who are open to self-exploration, building healthy coping skills, strengthening confidence, and creating meaningful change in a compassionate, culturally responsive space.
My Background and Approach
I am a therapist and coach with a background in Psychology and Community Psychology, with a passion for supporting individuals through life transitions, grief, anxiety, stress, and personal growth. I take a holistic, culturally responsive approach that considers the social, cultural, economic, and environmental factors that shape each person’s experience. My work integrates cognitive and somatic techniques to support self-awareness, emotional regulation, resilience, and meaningful change. I believe therapy should be a collaborative and compassionate space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. Together, we identify strengths, develop practical coping strategies, explore patterns that may be holding clients back, and create realistic steps toward greater balance and well-being.
