About My Clients
I believe that therapy is a collaborative process built on trust, compassion, and patience. It is my role to fully support clients on their journey and meet them where they are through empathy and positive regard. I work with individuals, couples, and families dealing with a variety of issues, such as adjustment and/or transitional life changes, couple/family conflict, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and more.

That is why my ultimate goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space for clients built on trust, empathy, cultural sensitivity, and emotional support.
