About My Clients
I meet clients where they are in their relationships; divorce, separation, ambiguity, repair, and the premarital stage. We start with an assessment to determine the correct treatment goals. Treatment approaches include discernment counseling, Gottman interventions, and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy. I work with couples and individuals, so if your partner won't come, that's ok! I welcome anyone and everyone - straight, gay, trans, mono, and poly. Love is love!

My practice is built around helping people in their relationships, whether staying together or breaking up. I'm neither a judge nor a referee. Instead, I am a neutral party working hard to make all partners feel seen, heard, and understood. I achieve this by completing a thorough assessment with the partners to better understand where they are in the relationship
