I help individuals and couples with their relationship. Over the years, I have developed a unique approach to helping couples restore and deepen trust and intimacy. Rather than focusing solely on communication, my therapeutic focus is on the intimate emotional connection. When couples feel secure and loved, their relationship is more durable and dependable.
My Background and Approach
I have over a decade of experience working with couples in romantic relationships. The attachment and bonding perspective is the one that makes the most sense to me. And that began when I studied John Bowlby - The Father of Attachment Theory - in my Early Childhood college studies. Yes, my background in Early Childhood aids my work with couples in exciting ways! Over the years, I have developed an approach to helping couples restore and strengthen their romantic relationship that is powerfully grounded in the attachment and emotion-focused schools of thought.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
The core basis for each person's health and well-being is strongly correlated to the strength and depth of our most important relationships. I believe that getting your life right is getting your relationships right!
