About My Clients
I work with individuals and families, and have a special interest in working with couples as they work through and navigate relationship challenges, transitional periods and working towards creating stronger intimate bonds. My educational and professional background has afforded me the experience of supporting clients with various concerns such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem anger, grief & loss, and relationship issues–to name a few.
My Background and Approach
My approach to providing therapy is collaborative and integrative, meaning I pull from various modalities to provide a customized therapy approach that fits for you. My foundation is strength-based, person-centered and solution-focused, in addition, I provide tools and strategies from John Gottman’s approach with my couple clients. In using these methods, I am able to address your needs and work alongside you towards change, overcoming obstacles and understanding and addressing underlying emotions.

I believe that each person possesses the strength within them to make the positive changes they hope for and my job is to work to empower them on their journey to do so.
