My Background and Approach
"Change is the only constant". One guarantee in life is that things change all the time and most often, we may not be prepared for those changes. Change can be scary, difficult, and overwhelming. I embrace change and I often look at it as an opportunity to learn & to grow. I approach challenges with measurable interventions and solutions & I thrive working with families, adolescent/high school population, couples & post-partum. I have been in the mental health field for 17+ yrs & have extensive knowledge of the NJ Children’s System Of Care. I've worked in outpatient, in-home, crisis programs, trauma responses, aging out & school-based settings. I specialize in emotional & behavioral issues, anxiety, communication, family systems, ADHD, trauma, depression and more.
