About My Clients
I am a neurodiversity affirming therapist. My typical clients are adolescents and young adults interested in self exploration and growth. I value the therapeutic relationship and believe in the power of human connection. I feel that when connection happens, healing follows.
My Background and Approach
My approach to working with clients is integrative and collaborative. My therapeutic style draws from different treatment modalities to create an individualized plan of care to fit the unique needs of each individual client. I am curious by nature and a lifelong learner, and my style reflects that. While I am the professional, I believe my clients are the experts and together we will build on your strengths to develop skills and learn new ways to help you grow. The experiences you have, and the person you are already is enough. Whether it's physically in my office, or virtually through a telehealth platform please know that all parts of you are welcome here.
