I provide support for those having challenges with: depression, anxiety, relationships, self-esteem, motivation, goal attainment, and interpersonal problem-solving. My mission is to help others heal, energize, and become aware of, as well as, utilize their strengths. I achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan to fit your goals
My Background and Approach
I've been involved with the Central Ohio behavioral health community for over 20 years and have worked with a diverse population of individuals and groups. Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that a person can experience in their life. Through counseling, I am able to help you gain perspective and joy in your life. Many individuals can experience moments of low self-esteem and diminished motivation due to a variety of factors. I work with you to overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of moving forward in your life. Whether you're having challenges with your significant other, family, friends, or co-workers, I can assist you in identifying the ways to develop healthy, positive relationships.
