I offer evening and Saturday morning appointments. Counseling can help you manage or cope with the stressors of life. It is ok to talk to a professional about the things weighting heavily on your heart. My practice style is solution-focused, positive psychology, therapeutic life coaching and counseling model.

I believe with emotional support and self reflection we can all make changes to improve our overall wellness. Knowledge is power and it is ok to get professional help to learn how to manage the stressors commonly faced in life. As adolescents and women we are faced with a unique set of expectations and issues. My passion is to educate, enhance, and encourage the use of healthier strategies to create the life you envision for yourself. I focus on a holistic and solution focused model in my therapy practice.
