About My Clients
You pride yourself in always having it together, but now you feel like everything is falling apart. You were looking forward to this new experience and worked hard to get here, but now that you’re here, you feel out of place. Whether its a new job, a new baby, a recent move, or college, you've been feeling like you just can’t get your bearings. Am I good enough? Is all this stress worth it? Will I ever feel fully competent? You want your confidence back but don’t know where to begin.
My Background and Approach
Transitions and life changes are tough! Feelings of isolation and doubt are more common than you think. I've been there and I can help you regain the assurance you once felt. I have been a therapist for over 10 years and can help you feel less anxious and move forward when you feel stuck. You can expect to be challenged and emotionally held at the time you need it most. Therapy is a space where you can feel heard, speak your fears, and share your apathy. It is a moment in time that is all about you. As such, I use a variety of approaches, suited for your needs and personality. We may discuss family dynamics, teach breathing strategies to manage anxiety, or use journaling to better understand thought patterns that are getting in the way. Together, we will find your footing again.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I offer online therapy sessions to clients in Massachusetts and Connecticut so that you can get the support you deserve at your convenience. I believe that each person has a right to experience peace and become the best version of themselves. In therapy, we will explore the thoughts that are weighing you down and figure out how to reach your goals of happiness and stability. If desired, I am able to incorporate Christian faith perspectives into our work together. In my leisure time, I enjoy traveling, spending time with my family, and trying new foods.
