About My Clients

If you are having feelings of sadness, worthlessness, inability to focus, irratibility, etc, I can help. I also provide Financial Coaching services. If you are someone who is having a hard time managing your money, or budgeting, want to learn strategies to become debt free, or if you just want someone to work with you on accountability, I can help.
My Background and Approach
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Financial Social Worker committed to helping individuals learn how to cope with the stressors of daily life. I have worked in the mental health field for 12 years and have learned many skills to pass along. I have been trained in a variety of approaches from CBT to ACT, because I know that everyone is different and it helps me to collaborate with each client and empower them to reach their goals to achieve holistic health and prosperity. I have worked with people improve their financial mindset and make strides to improve their financial wellness. Sometimes it is hard to even think its possible to be debt free or even financially stable, it is and I can help you improve your financial wellness.

I believe that EVERYONE, no matter what your race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, etc. deserves peace and prosperity and to live freely.
