About My Clients
I work with individuals and couples of all ages and backgrounds. I treat anxiety disorders, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, attachment issues and trauma. If anxiety is a large loud presence in your life together we can turn down the volume. I believe that everyone has the desire to better themselves and needs the tools and space to create something better and new it is attachment and relationship issues, desire to have a closer relationship with yourself or new career desires.
My Background and Approach
I work from an integrated perspective, incorporating attachment theory, Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) mixed with utilizing mindfulness and somatic techniques. I am additionally trained in EMDR and work extensively with trauma. I hold a foundational belief that each person seeking therapy has the potential to improve their lives and possesses the resilience to overcome their challenges. My job as your therapist is to encourage you to discover and accept your authentic self, while also helping you acquire tools that can improve your quality of life. I will help you explore with a passionate interest and an open mind. I am humbled to be a part of your journey and look forward to working with you to accomplish your goals.
