About My Clients
I specialize in supporting individuals and families navigating complex emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges. My approach is grounded in compassion, evidence-based practices, and a deep belief in each person’s capacity for growth and resilience. I work closely with preteens, teens, adults, and older adults, offering both individual and family sessions to promote healing, communication, and meaningful change.
My Background and Approach
My clinical background includes extensive work with eating disorders, behavioral concerns, and anger regulation, as well as supporting clients in building healthier coping strategies. I understand the emotional layers that accompany disordered eating, body image distress, and co-occurring mood concerns.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a woman of faith and I believe every person has the capacity to heal, grow, and experience meaningful change when they are supported with compassion, safety, and respect. I view therapy as a collaborative process rooted in trust, honesty, and the understanding that we all carry experiences that shape how we move through the world. I value the whole person: mind, body, spirit, and environment. I believe healing happens when we honor each layer of a person’s story, including faith, family, culture, and lived experience. My role is not to fix or direct, but to guide, encourage, and walk alongside you as you uncover your strengths, challenge old patterns, and build new pathways for emotional wellness and wholeness. I commit to creating a space where you are seen, heard, and valued exactly as you are, while being supported in who you are becoming.
