About My Clients
Now more than ever, taking good care of our mental health is important. I strive to create a safe and non-judgmental place where my clients may explore their feelings, work through past or present concerns, learn new coping skills, manage anxiety-provoking thoughts, and grow to be the best version of themselves. My Background and Approach
I have experience with anxiety, depression, stress, social anxiety, and identity or sexuality concerns. I work with ages 16 and up, using a person-centered approach while tailoring treatment to the unique needs of each client. I also integrate evidence-based practices, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) , Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness practices.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I have a special interest in working with BIPOC and LGBTQ+ community. I strive to reduce the stigma of mental health treatment.
