About My Clients
You may be experiencing chronic stress, emotional fatigue, or a sense of disconnection from yourself and others. Many of my clients are navigating burnout, life transitions, or identity shifts that bring long-standing patterns into question. I offer a supportive space to explore what’s no longer working, deepen self-awareness, and build new ways of relating to yourself and the world with clarity and intention.
My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy is relational, trauma informed, and rooted in multicultural, feminist, and existential frameworks. I believe healing happens in relationship—through curiosity, trust, and space to be fully seen. I integrate parts work (Internal Family Systems), somatic practices, mindfulness, and self-compassion to support clients in reconnecting with themselves, shifting old patterns, and building a more grounded way of being. I pay close attention to how systems, culture, and lived experience shape our internal worlds and relationships. I’m also interested in the deeper questions—identity, purpose, and what it means to live in a way that feels honest and sustainable. Therapy with me is collaborative, thoughtful, and deeply respectful of each person’s story and pace.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe people have the capacity to grow and reconnect with themselves, even after long periods of disconnection or survival. I take a strength-based, non-pathologizing approach that understands emotional distress as a response to lived experiences—not a reflection of personal failure. Many of the challenges clients bring to therapy, like anxiety, self-doubt, or emotional numbness, often emerge in the context of chronic stress, relational trauma, or systems that have undermined safety and self-trust. I aim to co-create a space where clients can feel supported in making sense of these patterns, reconnecting with their inner resources, and exploring new ways of being in relationship—with themselves and others.
