About My Clients
My desire is to help young adults, women, couples, and families in finding greater meaning, purpose, satisfaction, and joy in life. I am passionate about working with and supporting those struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, relational distress, depression, identity development and who desire greater self-awareness, relationship satisfaction, confidence, and courage to engage more fully in their lives and the lives of others.
My Background and Approach
I know it is not easy to take the step to reach out for extra support. My desire is to create an atmosphere of safety and acceptance, and for you to leave with the sense that you have been seen and heard. We will work to identify internal strengths and resources for you to carry out in your daily life. Using a collaborative and compassionate approach, we will explore and address your concerns and help you reach your goals. We will likely identify core beliefs that you may have about yourself and others, and explore them on a deeper level. I am a Marriage and Family Therapist Associate and earned my Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Whitworth University. I am also a Certified Professional Telemental Health Provider - Associate and have specialized training in this area. I am trained in Gottman Method Couples Therapy (Level 1 Certified) and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT).
