My focus is working with adults and teens struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, family conflict, personal growth, and self-confidence. I enjoy working with people who are learning how to set both internal and external boundaries to learn their unique definition of self-care. I also work with couples who are experiencing communication issues, anger, and resentment, and couples who are simply wanting a "tune-up" at any stage in their relationship.
I balance helping you gain insight about yourself and past experiences, with supporting you to follow that insight with action for lasting change. I am an empathic therapist who will honor your process and meet you where you at. At the same time, I am comfortable challenging you to consider a new perspective and experiment with new solutions.
