About My Clients
Life can feel like a rollercoaster—full of ups, downs, and unexpected loops. Maybe you’re juggling depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, or stress from relationships or transitions. What if you could feel more in control, like you’re the operator of your own ride? If this resonates, you’re not alone—I provide a supportive space to help you navigate the twists and turns and enjoy the ride with more confidence and balance.
My Background and Approach
I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults across a variety of settings. Since 2019, I have had the opportunity to work with individuals experiencing homelessness, members of the church community, U.S. veterans, children in wraparound services, and adults in both outpatient and inpatient psychiatric settings, as well as private practice. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and my Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and Professional Clinical Counseling from California Baptist University in Riverside, California. I aim to make therapy a collaborative process, striving to create a supportive and engaging environment while working together to address your concerns and make meaningful progress toward your therapeutic goals.
