About My Clients
Do you feel weighed down by anxiety, depression, or past trauma? My clients come to me seeking relief, support, and practical tools to restore balance. Together, we work to calm the chaos, heal old wounds, and build resilience for a more peaceful, fulfilling life. Many are looking for a safe, compassionate space where they can feel truly heard and understood. Others want practical strategies they can use right away to feel more in control of their emotions and relationships.
My Background and Approach
I provide a warm, supportive space for adolescents, adults, and couples navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. My approach combines CBT to shift unhelpful thoughts, DBT to build coping and relationship skills, and strengths-based strategies to foster resilience. By the end of October, I’ll also be trained in EMDR, allowing me to help clients process PTSD and Complex PTSD while supporting healing, balance, and lasting change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing happens when people feel truly seen, heard, and supported. Everyone has the strength within them to overcome challenges, and therapy can be the bridge that helps uncover that resilience. My role is to walk alongside my clients with compassion, offering tools and guidance as they create meaningful change and step into a more balanced, fulfilling life.
